Re: Managing BT Email now migrated to EE Cheers, I have taken a look at the link and it doesn't show how I can manage my email. When I logon to my BT Account through MY BT, I have no option to click manage my email anywhere.

Re: BT Mail Desk top icon Assuming you are using a Windows computer. Drag the following link onto your computer's desk top. Once it's there right click on it then select "Rename" and name it BTMail or any other name you want. When you click on it the log on page will open. Email Login Page (bt.com)

Re: BT Login access denied Nope my username is completely different to my email and has worked right up until 4weeks ago. I have been looking at getting the fibre 500 and over the past few months have been logging in and checking the prices as competitors were offering much better deals until last week.

Hi all, I've just tried to log in to BT email this afternoon (9 Feb 2026) and all I get is a white screen with black text saying:- "The request is blocked.", followed by a long line of code.
